Welcome to Solace. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the developers of Solace. By accessing, downloading, or using the Solace mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SCOPE OF SERVICES Solace provides a local mobile interface for personal finance management and ledger tracking, including features for monitoring digital assets within the Solana blockchain ecosystem via manual input and public data visualization.

USER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES By using the application, you represent and warrant that:

Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

Sanctions: You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.

Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your financial data. We never store or have access to your private keys or seed phrases, as we are a non-custodial accounting tool.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The “Solace” name, logo, user interface design, and all proprietary code are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the application does not grant you ownership. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for its intended personal accounting purpose.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (Compliance with Publisher Policy) You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract source code, bypass security protocols, or create clones of the application.

System Interference: You shall not interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security protections or proper functions of the application or the mobile operating system.

Malicious Use: Using the app to distribute viruses, malware, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

Automated Access: Using bots or scrapers to access the service without prior authorization.

FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER & TRANSACTION FINALITY IMPORTANT: Solace is a local technical accounting tool, not a financial advisory service or a crypto wallet.

Market Risk: Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. You acknowledge the risk of loss of funds when managing digital asset records.

No Advice: Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

Local Data Reliance: All ledger entries are stored locally. The developer cannot recover, reverse, or restore your financial data if you lose your device or uninstall the application.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for:

Loss of data due to user error (e.g., deleting the application).

Technical failures or inaccuracies of public blockchain data or third-party RPC nodes.

Unauthorized access to your mobile device by third parties.

MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION We reserve the right to modify the service or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Solace constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may terminate access immediately if you breach any part of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce standards and the laws of the developer’s registered jurisdiction.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BY CLICKING “AGREE” OR CONTINUING TO USE THE APPLICATION, YOU PROVIDE EXPLICIT, NON-COERCIVE CONSENT TO THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, you must immediately exit and uninstall the application.
