Solace: Terms of Service & Privacy Policy Effective Date: September 9, 2026
DECENTRALIZED & NON-CUSTODIAL ARCHITECTURE Solace is a standalone personal finance utility.
Non-Custodial Security: We NEVER access, solicit, or store your private keys or seed phrases. We are an accounting tool, not a wallet provider.
Local-Only Database: We do not utilize centralized servers or cloud databases. All your financial records, transaction history, and attached vouchers are stored exclusively in your device’s local SQLite database.
DATA MINIMIZATION & “ZERO-REGULATED DATA” PLEDGE In strict compliance with global privacy standards, we operate on a Zero-Knowledge principle:
No Regulated Data Collection: We do NOT collect, access, or store: government IDs, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation data, or financial account credentials.
No PII: We do NOT collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any data revealing protected characteristics.
Privacy-First Accounting: We only interact with public blockchain data (if applicable for balance syncing) via open RPC endpoints. No personal data is ever transmitted to or stored by us.
AGE RESTRICTION By using Solace, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any data from individuals under 18.
USER RIGHTS & DATA DELETION Data Control: Since your data is stored locally, “deleting an account” or “erasing data” is achieved by deleting the application or clearing the application data/cache from your device settings.
Opt-out: You may cease all data interaction by simply closing or uninstalling the application.
BLOCKCHAIN INTERACTION & NO-REFUND POLICY Irreversibility: Any interaction with blockchain data is managed by the user. Solana blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by the developer.
No Refunds: As a local software tool, we do not provide, sell, or manage digital assets; therefore, no refund claims apply to this application.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The application may use standard public RPC providers (e.g., Helius, Triton) to fetch public blockchain data. These providers process requests per their own privacy policies. We do not control these third parties.
RIGHT TO DECLINE & CONSENT By clicking “AGREE” or continuing to use Solace, you provide explicit, non-coercive consent to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately exit and uninstall the application.
