END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Last Updated: September 9, 2026

LICENSE GRANT Solace (the “Application”) hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this software on your mobile device strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license is granted to you, the user, and does not involve the transfer of any ownership rights or the provision of source code.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Application, including but not limited to all code, UI design, financial charts, database structures, graphics, logos, and branding, is the proprietary property of the developer. You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application.

Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

LOCAL STORAGE & PRIVACY DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) Solace is a standalone personal finance ledger tool that prioritizes user privacy through decentralized data management.

No Centralized Servers: The developer does not maintain, control, or have access to any external or centralized servers to store your financial records.

Local SQLite Storage: All data entered into the Application, including transaction records, ledger history, asset tracking balances, and attached image vouchers (receipts, invoices, or screenshots), are processed and stored exclusively inside your mobile device’s local SQLite database.

User Responsibility for Backups: You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your local application data. The developer cannot recover, restore, or synchronize your financial records if you delete the Application, clear your device cache, or lose your mobile device.

NON-CUSTODIAL & ACCOUNTING TOOL DISCLAIMER Solace provides manual bookkeeping and multi-token accounting functionalities, including features for tracking blockchain assets (such as Solana protocols and tokens).

No Access to Funds: The Application is purely an accounting utility and tracker. It does not act as a crypto wallet, does not hold or custody digital assets, and never asks for, accesses, or stores your private keys or recovery seed phrases.

No Financial Services: The Application does not facilitate, execute, or clear any on-chain crypto transactions, fiat-to-crypto exchanges, or financial trading services.

No Financial Liability: The developer shall not be liable for any financial or digital asset losses resulting from user input errors, mismatched book balances, external market volatility, or your interactions with independent blockchain ecosystems.

THIRD-PARTY UTILITIES & INTEGRATIONS The Application may occasionally access local native device APIs (such as expo-image-picker for voucher uploads) or fetch currency conversion tickers via third-party open-source public APIs.

No Endorsement: The developer does not control and is not responsible for the accurate real-time data streaming or continuous uptime of these third-party open APIs.

Independent Terms: Your use of local system features or third-party data feeds is subject to their respective system permissions and provider terms.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS You agree to use the Application only for personal accounting purposes that are completely legal and in strict accordance with the App Store and Google Play Developer Policies. Any use of the Application to log illicit funds, track fraudulent activities, or engage in malicious behavior will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license.

TERMINATION This license is effective until terminated by you or the developer. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF FINANCIAL DATA, ACCOUNTING INACCURACIES, LOST PROFITS, OR DEVICE RECOVERY COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
